Policies

Please read and review our

policies and procedures before

booking an appoiontment with our

Salon. If you have any questions or

concerns give us a call.

Cancelation Policy - Please provide a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  

 

Arrival - Please check in 5-10 minutes prior to appointment. Pet must arrive on a leash, in a carrier, or in your arms. All gear (collars, leashes, etc.) will be handed back. We will use our own, for the duration or their visit.

 

Pick Up - Clients are requested to pick up within one hour of our call. Due to limited kennel space, a kennel fee will be applied after the pets groom is completed and you have been notified for pick-up.  

 

FEES:

Late Fee - There will be a 5 minute grace period. Then, $1.00 for every minute past appointment time.

Kennel Fee - There will be a $5.00 an hour fee for pets that are left in our care after the pick up period.

Fleas - There will be a $5.00 - $10.00 fee (depending on severity and size of pet). We request that all pets be on a flea preventative. If a pet comes to appointment with fleas, they may receive only partial or no grooming. This is to protect the health and safety of the salon and our other clients.

No Call/No Show - Failure to notify the salon within 24 hours before appointment, of a cancelation or reschedule, will result in a fee of half the groom price (example: $50.00 groom = $25.00 fee).

Three no call/no shows will result in termination of future services.

In & Out - If your pet is considered an “In & Out”, it is either because their barking is disruptive or they can not/will not be kenneled. In this event, we ask that the owners remain close by for immediate pick-up. We will attempt calling 10-15 minutes prior to pets completion.
